Seniors and retirees may apply for medical, housing, utilities, or general grant support. Applications are reviewed individually at every income level. Awards are grants, not loans - and they are made to individuals every day.
DHHS grant programs are not loans. If you are selected, you do not repay the award. Applying does not guarantee funds. Write plainly. Completeness matters more than perfect wording.
